In this role, you will be fulfilling the duties of a Corporate Secretary including ACRA and IRAS filings, managing KYCs for clients and other compliance matters. You will be handling corporate secretarial matters including preparation of resolutions, updating registers, arranging and attending board meetings. about the manager / team You will be working with a team of corporate secretaries. skills & experience required The ideal incumbent should at least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience with a service provider. You should be SAICSA qualified or in the midst of pursuing the certification. Candidates who have experience working in large service provider firms and who are familiar with the Singapore Companies Act will be added advantages. You should be an individual who is confident, independent and reliable. You should possess good communication and written skills.
