1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “Services” means all services provided by Accountancy Hub Singapore, including but not limited to accountancy, corporate services, and consultancy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This agreement forms a binding contract between you and us.

Before submitting your information through our forms or engaging our services, you are required to acknowledge the following statement:

“I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Accountancy Hub Singapore.”

3. Services Provided

We provide professional accountancy and corporate services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Specific service details and deliverables will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or contract.

4. Fees and Payment

• 4.1 Fees: Fees for our services are as agreed in the engagement letter or quotation provided to you. Fees are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges unless stated otherwise.
• 4.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due within the time specified in your invoice or agreement.
• 4.3 Non-Payment: Failure to pay within the specified time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Your personal data will only be used for purposes specified in our Privacy Statement.

6. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of our services.
• Notify us of any changes to your personal or corporate information promptly.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1 All intellectual property rights in materials, documents, and deliverables created by us during the provision of services remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• 7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• 8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

• 9.1 Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as specified in the engagement letter or agreement.
• 9.2 Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or technical failures.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
